Our services
Most regulated products entering Saudi Arabia need certificates issued through SABER, the SASO platform for product conformity. We prepare the documents, work with approved certification bodies and obtain the certificates your shipment needs, so it is ready when it reaches customs.
What’s included
PCoC registration for each regulated product on the SABER platform.
Shipment Certificates (SC) issued for each consignment before clearance.
HS code and technical regulation review to confirm what each product needs.
Test reports, technical files and supplier documents organised and submitted.
Coordination with approved conformity assessment bodies on your behalf.
Certificates matched to the customs file so goods clear on arrival.
FAQs
SABER is the online platform of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) for issuing conformity certificates for products sold in or imported into Saudi Arabia.
A Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) is registered for a regulated product on SABER. A Shipment Certificate (SC) is then issued for each shipment of that product before it clears customs.
It depends on the product’s HS code and the technical regulation that applies to it. We review the classification and tell you which certificates you need.
It depends on the technical regulation, whether test reports are ready and the certification body. Contact us before the goods ship and we will give you a timeline for your product.
Typically product details and photos, the HS code, test reports, technical files and supplier documents. We give you an exact list for your product and prepare the submission.
