Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Completed Flag Company collects and uses personal data through completedflag.com, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.

1. Who we are

Completed Flag Company (شركة العلم المكتمل), Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, CR 7052244972, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. For any privacy question or request, contact us at Sales@completedflag.com.

2. What we collect

  • Inquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Request-a-call form: your name, phone number and email address.
  • Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for sensitive data such as health, financial or identity-document information. Please do not include it in your message.

3. Why we use it

We use the details you send us only to reply to your inquiry, call you back, and prepare quotations you ask for. The legal basis is your own request and your consent when you submit a form. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores only your language choice (English or Arabic) so the site remembers it. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors across sites and does not identify you. It records anonymous information such as the page visited, the referring site, the country, and the browser and device type, so we can see which pages are useful.

5. Who we share it with

We share your data only with service providers that help us run the site and reply to you:

  • Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and receives form submissions.
  • Google provides our business email, where form submissions are delivered.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. provides anonymous visit statistics for the site.

These providers may store data on servers outside the Kingdom. Any such transfer is made in line with the PDPL and its regulations on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom. We do not disclose your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and call-back details for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. If we enter into a contract with you, the related records are kept for the period required by law.

7. How we protect it

The site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submissions is limited to the Completed Flag team members who need it to reply to you.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your personal data is collected and used;
  • access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct or complete your personal data;
  • ask us to destroy your personal data when we no longer need it;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email Sales@completedflag.com. We will reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
